UpPro Series

Spider’s UpPro series of hoists were the first man-rated, UL-listed 2,200 lb and 5,500 lb hoists available on the market.

With a rugged, cast aluminum exterior, the UpPro series is designed for durability and simplicity of operation. UpPro hoists are available in multiple speed variations, including GHS models (Guided High Speed), offering speeds up to 60 feet per minute for elevator installation applications.

Models are available supporting both single and three phase power, as well as a range of voltages.

    Additional Details

    • All UpSafe OSLs are designed to stop movement automatically should descent speeds exceed 98 ft/minute (30 m/min).
    • The addition of an electrical switch to the UpSafe OSL allows the hoist to be electrically shutoff automatically if an activation occurs. 
    • The UpSafe OSL-T is the same robust design as the standard OSL, however it allows simpler inspection in any application.

    UpSafe ISLs are designed to stop movement automatically should the hoist ever be inclined by more than 14°
